The Naive Indian Has Moved To His Own Domain…Finally!

Yep, it’s done…finally! All future posts will be done on the new blog. The new blog’s URL is: http://naiveindian.in/

All the posts on this blog shall remain. I am not exporting them to the new blog because if I do that, Google may penalize me for duplicate content. You know, it’s better to be safe than sorry!

And yes, it would be great if all the folks who were kind enough to add The Naive Indian to their blogroll could made the requisite changes.

  1. Why don’t you make this blog invisible to search engines and import older posts on to your new blog.

About deleting the posts from the old blog after moving them, it may still be an issue. Google may take 3-4 months before it discovers that your old blog is no more. In the meantime, if it discovers the same content on your site, then it may penalize your site.

  3. Well, even I was thinking the same that SE will only discover when they crawl next. I am trying it, will let you know if anything happens.
